  s% X0 {$ ~- i( ~8 n# oJob Duties:
7 S8 a2 C# E0 R5 A- Independent setup/handling and operation of large horizontal and vertical CNC milling machines (experience with Heidenhain or Fidia controls is an asset)
$ r" z0 |* H/ y/ @# A) R) v- Ability to understand engineering drawings, 3D models, charts and tables
6 E1 T9 N5 }1 v! H3 h, Q9 ]0 p* a- Plan and select appropriate cutting tools
- Create CAM (computer-aided manufacturing) programs
- Monitor the manufacturing process for stability and quality
, y9 \% }' G8 I3 _- Create quality documentation and report deviations from specifications and tolerances

# L( y; e4 I$ [Requirements:
- 5 years or more experience with CNC milling or boring machines
- Machinist Trade Certification or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with large cast iron and steel parts, and knowledge of Tool & Die is an asset
- Overtime/Shiftwork
