Offering $25.00 – $29.00 per hour

: C- w, ^$ I1 H( F5 o- Independent setup/handling and operation of large horizontal and vertical CNC milling machines (experience with Heidenhain or Fidia controls is an asset)
- Ability to understand engineering drawings, 3D models, charts and tables
5 o! D  Z/ e1 I/ K* j% Q* L: l- Plan and select appropriate cutting tools
$ V) E% Y0 \& t8 v) n4 H- Create CAM (computer-aided manufacturing) programs
, D* k+ [- B1 P2 w; C- Monitor the manufacturing process for stability and quality
4 `& c- k5 e' ^! P5 `3 K- Create quality documentation and report deviations from specifications and tolerances

% \9 Z& c  x% f% a9 FRequirements:
/ [) ~. C2 ]+ D: O; s  ?- 5 years or more experience with CNC milling or boring machines
- Machinist Trade Certification or equivalent experience
0 q3 K1 x5 w6 D* z5 s- Familiarity with large cast iron and steel parts, and knowledge of Tool & Die is an asset
- Overtime/Shiftwork
